2. How we collect and use your personal information

Specific business function scenarios include:

(i) Video, audio presentation and playback functions

Our products and/or services provide you with video, audio presentation and playback services, and in the process we need to collect some of your information, including the following personal information: device model, device name, device identity, browser type and settings, language settings, operating system and application version, login IP address, how to access the network, network quality data, mobile network information (including carrier name), product version number, log information (e.g. operation log, service log). (3) Registration and membership functions

(5) Video and audio sharing based on the device's camera permissions, authorized device login and eye protection mode functions

When you use video and audio sharing, authorizing your device to log in to business features, we will need to obtain camera access to your device and collect image and video information (personal information) that you provide. If you refuse to provide the feature only that you will not be able to use, but it does not affect your normal use of the product and/or other features of the Services. Camera permissions are a setting on your device that you can manage through the device settings page. You can also turn this permission on/off at any time through the relevant feature settings on the product. By opening this right, you authorize us to access, acquire, collect, and use such personal information, and when you cancel that authorization, we will no longer collect that information and will no longer be able to provide you with the services corresponding to it, but unless you delete your personal information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not affect the processing and storage of personal information based on your previous authorization.

In particular, in order to prompt you to use our products to maintain good eye habits, eye protection, some of our products provide you with eye protection mode. When you authorize the use of eye protection mode, our eye protection mode uses TrueDepth APIs to obtain distance information between your face and device screen, which we do not store or share with third parties, and is used only for the foregoing distance detection and prompts (e.g., video playback is automatically paused and masked for text and voice prompts after the distance between your face and the device screen is less than 40cm for more than 5 seconds). If you refuse to use eye protection mode, this will only prevent you from using the feature, but will not affect your normal use of the product and/or other features of the Services. Eye protection mode defaults to a shutdown status the first time you download a startup product, and you can actively authorize/unassolicate through the product feature settings page.

(6) Additional business functions based on device calendar permissions

When you use business functions such as booking videos, product on-line reminders, etc., we will need to obtain your device calendar permissions and collect your calendar information (personal information). If you refuse to provide the feature only that you will not be able to use, but it does not affect your normal use of the product and/or other features of the Services. Calendar permissions are a setting on your device that you can manage through the device settings page. You can also turn this permission on/off at any time through the relevant feature settings on the product. By opening this right, you authorize us to access, acquire, collect, and use such personal information, but when you cancel that authorization, we will no longer collect that information and will no longer be able to provide you with the services corresponding to it, but unless you delete your personal information in accordance with the law, your cancellation will not affect the processing and storage of personal information based on your previous authorization.

(7) Placing an order and delivering

In order to provide you and/or your child with better and more relevant services to enable you and/or your child to have a better product experience, we have personalized referral services in our products. Subject to applicable laws and regulations, we may associate you and/or your child's use, length of use, browsing history, and related personal information with further data analysis. Recommend and present to you and/or your child based on the results of the relevant data analysis, audio and video content that may be of greater interest to you and/or your child, and related information, such as: recommend you and/or cartoons, audiobooks, children's songs, etc. that your child may like.
You can turn off targeted, precise personalized content referrals by turning off Personalized Recommendations in Settings-Privacy-Privacy Feature Settings-Other Settings. Turning off personalized referrals will not affect your normal use of our products, except that the relevance of the content display will decrease.

(10) Message notification function

With your permission, we may send you notifications in our operations for purposes such as message notifications, user experience research, and so on. If you do not wish to receive such information, you may refuse to receive such information by turning off the Allow Message Push switch through Settings-Privacy-Privacy Feature Settings-Other Settings. Turning off message notifications will not affect your normal use of our products.

(11) To ensure the security function of the account

Any dispute relating to this KidsSong Privacy Policy shall be settled amicably through negotiation between the parties, and if it cannot be resolved through negotiation, you agree to submit the dispute to the Haidian District People's Court in Beijing for settlement.

Annex I: KidsSong Children's Personal Information Protection Rules

KidsSong has always placed great emphasis on the protection of minors and is committed to our corporate social responsibility. This KidsSong Child Personal Information Protection Rules (also known as theSe Rules) are designed to provideguardians (also known as "you") and children in more detailabout how we collect, use, store and process personal information about children and how we access, correct, delete, and protect it for you and your child. If you are the guardian of a child user, please read, fully understand and decide whether to agree to this rule and whether to consent to the use of our products by you and the child under your guardianship / or service.

A . The scope of application

This KidsSong Rules for the Protection of Children's Personal Information(also known as the "Se Rules") apply only to independent children's APPS(also known as "Children's APP") that primarily target groups of children and provide exclusive content to children. The KidsSong Privacy Policy demonstrates The general practice of Collecting, Using, Processing, and Protecting Personal Information by KidsSong as part of the KidsSong Privacy Policy, and if these rules are inconsistent with the body of the KidsSong Privacy Policy with respect to the Child Personal Information Protection Rules, these rules shall apply as a matter of priority, as not mentioned in these Rules/ as the product actually applies / as specified in the text of the ChildrenSong Privacy Policy. Unless otherwise stated in these Rules, the meaning of the words covered in these Rules is consistent with the body of the KidsSong Privacy Policy.

Ii. Our rules for the collection and use of personal information about children

We will strictly comply with the obligations and responsibilities of the Law regarding the protection of children's personal information, collect and use children's personal information in accordance with the principles of due necessity, informed consent, clear purpose, security, and legal use, and will not collect personal information about children that is not related to the products/or services we provide, and will not collect or use personal information of children in violation of the law and our agreement with you.

The types of personal information we collect and use about children include two types: the first: the information necessary for the core business functions of the Children's APP: such information is necessary for the normal functioning of the Children's APP, and you must authorize us to collect it. If you refuse to provide this, you and the child will not be able to use our products and/or services properly, and the second: additional business features of Children's APP may require the information collected: this information is required for non-core business functions, and you may choose whether or not to authorize us to collect it. If you refuse to provide it, additional business features will not be available or will not be able to achieve the service we intend to achieve, without prejudice to your and your child's normal use of core business functions.

Specific business function scenarios include:

( A) The "Kids Virtual Sub-Account Creation" feature

You can create and manage virtual sub-accounts for children in the Settings of the Kids APP, and during the process of creating a child virtual sub-account, we collect personal information about children (including nicknames, birthdays, genders, avatars) that you may provide to us, which is used to complete the Child Virtual Sub-Account Creation Program and provide quality content that is better suited to the child you care for. We hereby advise you in good faith not to provide information such as the child's real name, likeness, contact details, etc. if necessary, or to easily share or publicly publish the child's personal information with others.

( 2) Settings - Play Settings feature

Our Kids APP provides you with a Play Settings feature that allows you to monitor the content, duration, sitting habits, etc. of children's use of the Children's APP, and foster good Internet habits for children, so we collect information about how long children can watch based on the settings you make, limiting how long they can be used.

( III) Other

In the course of a child's use of the Children's APP, we collect online records (including video viewing records, search history, download records, favorites, click records) thatwe collect to disclose to you the daily use of children in your custody, while providing children with the content they need and services that may be of greater interest, while improving our products and services.

In addition, the rules governing other personal information about children that we may collect and use please refer to section II of the body of the KidsSong Privacy Policy, which will apply/reference as appropriate in the child APP. For business reasons, we will again seek your consent if it is necessary to collect and use the personal information of a child under your guardian beyond the purpose and scope of the foregoing.

Three . Our rules for sharing, transferring, and publicly disclosing children's personal information

( One) Share

For personal information about children, we may only share it for the purposes and scope described in these Rules or as required by law, unless one or more of the following circumstances exist:

1. Sharing with you as guardian;

2. Obtain your express authorization in advance;

3. For the purposes of the smooth conduct of the necessary/reasonable business, meeting your and the child's requirements, fulfilling our obligations under the relevant User Agreement or these Rules, and exercising our rights or complying with the law, we share it with the service provider that provides functional support to our Children's APP, but we undertake that we will only share the necessary personal information for the child and will seek your authorization again if we need to change the purpose for which the child's personal information is processed. Please rest assured that we will conduct a security assessment of the Service Provider and its service behavior, sign an agreement, clarify responsibilities, matters handled, the duration of processing, the nature and purpose of the processing, etc., and require that their handling shall not exceed our authorization;

4. Other circumstances as required by the competent authority, laws and regulations, etc.

( ii) Transfers and public disclosures

We strictly comply with the obligations and responsibilities of the law for the protection of children's personal information, and shall transfer and publicly disclose children's personal information in accordance with the principles of due necessity, informed consent, clear purpose, security and security, and legal use. If personal information about a child is to be transferred to a third party, we will conduct a security assessment on our own or on behalf of a third party. We will not disclose children's personal information except as required by laws or administrative regulations to be disclosed or that may be disclosed in accordance with your agreement.

Four . Control of your and/or children's personal information to children

We provide you and your child with a variety of features in the Children's APP that exercise control over your child's personal information, and you can manage your child's personal information and your child's online life, including:

( a) Access

You or a child can query and access personal information about a child in the Children's APP, such as: profile information, video viewing records, search history, download records, favorites.

( II) Right to correct/modify

You may correct/modify personal information about a child in the Children's APP, such as: Profile Information, or you may contact us to resolve it, and we will correct/modify it without prejudice to the objectivity and accuracy of the information. However, for security and identification reasons, you may not be able to modify some of the initial registration information submitted at the time of registration.

At the same time, if you or a child discovers that we have collected, stored, used, or disclosed personal information about a child that is incorrect, you can contact us to correct it, and we will take steps to correct it as soon as we have completed the authentication and verification issue.

( The right to delete

You and your child can delete personal information about your child from the Children's APP, such as: video viewing records, search history, download records, favorites. Please note, however, that if you and the child delete or request us to delete certain personal information about the child (such as registering an account), you may not be able to continue to use all or part of our products and/or services.

You or a child may request the deletion of a child's personal information directly from us and we will take steps to remove it as soon as the authentication and verification issue is completed, including:

1. We collect, store, use, transfer or disclose personal information of children in violation of laws and regulations or our agreements with you;

2. We collect, store, use, transfer or disclose personal information of children beyond the scope of our purposes or for the necessary period of time;

3. You withdraw your consent;

4. You or a child terminates the use of our Children's APP by logging out;

5. Other circumstances as provided for in laws and regulations.

( 4) Advance notice of the right to discontinue the operation of the product and/or service

We will continue to provide you with quality services and if, for special reasons, some or all of our products and/or services are forced to cease operations, we will notify you in a prominent position or otherwise, and we will stop collecting or anonymizing the personal information of children, deleting or anonymizing the personal information of children we hold.

V. Our rules for storing and protecting children's personal information

We store children's personal information in accordance with laws and regulations. We retain personal information about children only for the shortest period of time necessary and necessary for the purpose of providing our products and services. After the above storage period has expired, we will delete or anonymize the personal information of children.
